This award provides early-career oncologists from low- and middle-income countries the opportunity to continue their medical education by:

• Being paired with a mentor from the United States or Canada
• Spending additional time at their mentor's cancer center

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the IDEA, eligible applicants with less than 10 years of experience in the field of oncology must complete an application that includes a 250-word essay, a letter of recommendation, and a CV. 10° Simposio Internacional en Cáncer de Ovario Avanzado
Marzo 6, 2015 – Valencia, España

El Simposio Internacional en Cáncer de Ovario Avanzado: Actualización de Terapia Optima fue fundado por el Dr. Andrés Poveda y el Prof. Jan B. Vermorken y cada edición ha sido dirigida por ellos.

El 1° de Marzo 2013 se realize su novena edición. Este simposio es organizado cada dos años por GEICO (Grupo Español de Investigación de Cáncer de Ovario, Spanish Ovarian Research Group), y, desde 2009, junto con ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology). Su próxima edición tendrá lugar en Marzo 6, 2015.

10th International Symposium on Advanced Ovarian Cancer
March 6, 2015 – Valencia, Spain

The International Symposium on Advanced Ovarian Cancer: Optimal Therapy. Update was founded by Dr. Andrés Poveda and Prof. Jan B. Vermorken and each edition has been directed by them.

On 1st March 2013 its ninth edition was held. This symposium is organized every other year by GEICO (Grupo Español de Investigación de Cáncer de Ovario, Spanish Ovarian Research Group), and, since 2009, together with ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology). Its next edition will be held on 6th March 2015.

The meeting is held under the auspices of the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology (SEOM), the Gynecologic Cancer InterGroup (GCIG), and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), Educational Committee for its Medical Oncology Recertification Approval (ESMO/MORA) Program.

6th Interamerican Oncology Conference
